At SolarAluma, your satisfaction is our priority.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your options if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns
You may request a return of your SolarAluma product within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products damaged by misuse or accident
Products missing original packaging
Clearance or discounted items (if any)
3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval, check your payment account

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Include photos or videos showing the issue
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
8. Shipping Time Consideration
Because our products ship from China, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery.
Delays due to shipping, customs, or carriers are not considered grounds for return unless the product is defective.
