1. Shipping Origin & Quality Control
All Solaraluma products are dispatched directly from our specialized international warehouse. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to conduct a final quality inspection on every unit—ensuring you receive the "Real Lumens" we promise—while maintaining fair, competitive pricing.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Notification: Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, we partner with world-class carriers: FedEx and UPS.

  • Shipping Method: FedEx / UPS Ground (Standard)
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While FedEx and UPS are highly reliable, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, peak seasons, or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs & Transparent Pricing

5. Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the FedEx or UPS systems.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please contact us at info@solaraluma.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Solaraluma is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please reach out to us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
